Lisa Peterson

Lisa Peterson is a highly experienced public relations professional based in Austin, TX. With two decades of expertise, she has a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns for a variety of tech and lifestyle brands.

Lisa got her start working in Manhattan handling celebrity clients like Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones. After making a move to Austin, she spent nearly a decade at Porter Novelli working on clients like Bluetooth, HP, PwC and SXSW Interactive. Her career then took her to Dell Technologies where she ran North America Consumer PR for five years, working with partners and teams across the globe, launching some of the most sought-after consumer technology available.

Lisa’s true love lies in media relations. She works the phones, writes everything from strategies to statements, and has built relationships with VIP media that have spanned years. She’s had the benefit of working on PR teams both internally and externally for some of the biggest names in tech, she served as the client lead to Dell’s external PR agency responsible for a $1M+ annual budget that included crisis communications, product launches, influencer relations and thought leadership. Her teams have often been heralded as receiving the best press while being managed the most efficiently.
