PRSA Austin June 2018 Luncheon
Building a Strong Digital Community
Event:

Learn how to help your brand stand out and engage with your customers in the digital age.

In the dynamic digital environment, brands are challenged with breaking through the noise, getting discovered and connecting with consumers, and doing this authentically and at scale is difficult. Consumers are more informed than ever before and often ignore or grow weary of traditional advertising and brand marketing.

Three panelists will be joining PRSA Austin to share tips and best practices in building and maintaining a digital community.

Attendees will learn:

  • How to make your brand stand out in the digital space
  • How to humanize your brand and build authentic relationships with audiences
  • Community management best practices, including tips on how to respond to negative reviews and feedback
